Customer care service as is known to us has progressed immensely over the years. Advancements in technology have supported the initiatives for providing effective customer care to clients. This has also come about because of the intense competition in the market. Infrastructure is one factors, so is the entrepreneurial zeal. Availability of educated manpower holds significance in the growth of a knowledge based economy. Services sector happens to fall under the category of sectors that require an educated and skilled workforce. Educated manpower is required to serve the ever expanding services sector. Government is thus working towards building the education system in a way that would bring educated manpower into the system. All these initiatives are bearing fruit and it is only expected to grow in future.
