Security of Call Center Data

Call centers provide very valuable services to the customers and the company as well. They also act as the vast repository of all company's important data and information which are normally saved in the hard disk in the computer. Security of Call Center Data is therefore very important for the company and the call center employees as well because the loss or corruption of data due to any reason may mean the loss in credibility and accountability of the call center to the customer and the company.

• Alternate power back-up made available in data centers causes the proper safety and security of data and files.


• Integrity of the files is verified at each instance and then stored properly in a server.


• Same Firewall is also installed on the server of data center as that being used in business offices.


• The systems are made virus free with the proper installation of anti-virus software.
