  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 head chopped garlic
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • Salt and
  • Pepper

Directions to Prepare

  1. Let the pasta boil in water.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the required amount of butter in a sauce pan in medium to low heat.
  3. Now add garlic and onion to the melted butter.
  4. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour half and half in it and allow heat through.
  6. Add blue cheese and parmesan cheese and whisk it.
  7. Add salt and pepper to it.

  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/4 cup of heated skim milk
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 bouillon cube (Optional)
  • 12 oz of any pasta

Directions to Prepare

  1. Cook the pasta you have chosen as per the directions given on the package with a bouillon cube (stock).
  2. After cooking, drain the pasta and keep it a side.
  3. Take a saucepan that is heavy-bottomed.
  4. Melt the butter in saucepan.
  5. Add flour to the butter and whisk in and cook it.
  6. Whisk the flour continuously till the paste cooks and bubble rise a bit. Don’t let it turn brown. Just 2 minutes would be enough.
  7. Add hot skim milk and continue to whisk until the sauce becomes thick.

  • 400gm of Pasta (Penne)
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 25g of butter
  • 100gm of cubed stilton
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped sage or dried sage
  • Handful of toasted chopped walnuts

Directions to Prepare

  1. As per the instructions of the package, boil the pasta.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  3. Add onions to the butter and fry them until they try gold color.
  4. Add sage and garlic to the fired onion and fry for 2 more minutes.
  5. Take the pan out of the heat.
  6. Drain the cooked pasta and save some cooked water.
