He added saying that this particular service will not ensure or promise jobs to the job seekers. This service will initiate and offer a platform for both the employers and the job seekers. Employers can also get connected easily and the profit share of the organization will be generated from the employers. Job seekers just require enroll their names and avail the facility.

Candidates, who want to have the access to this service, need to purchase the ‘Saral Rozgar Job Card’ which is also considered as registration fees. The registration process follows a simple voice call from his or her mobile phone. The call can be made from anywhere in India and can be done in different regional languages. Finally, the organization will connect the job seekers with employees and in this way the aspired employers will get the job.
